First Class Financial Services is your source of Arizona mortgage information!
More specifically, my name is Leslie Pelletiere.  I am an Arizona licensed residential mortgage broker.  I have owned and operated First Class Financial Services since 1999.  My business has been solely referral based since it’s inception.  We work with each client as if there are our ONLY clients to ensure they are shouting from the rooftops about First Class Financial Services to their friends and family.

We have access to all residential mortgages available on the wholesale market.  Conventional, JUMBO, FHA and VA.  We work one on one with each client to ensure they receive the best possible service, loan and interest rate to fit their needs. Some clients we work with are not yet able to qualify, we work together to get them on the road to home ownership.
